Website & pilot terms
Terms for the parent early-access experience.
These terms apply to the Channel Immersion Kids marketing website and parent early-access pilot. The child-facing application is still in development and may be governed by updated or additional terms when released.
1. Who may use this website
The website and waitlist are intended for parents, caregivers, and other adults age 18 or older. Children should not use this website to submit information or join the waitlist.
2. Parent waitlist and pilot access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee pilot access, a particular launch date, device compatibility, or continued availability. Invitations may be offered in limited groups and may be changed or withdrawn as testing needs evolve.
3. Parent-guided use
Channel Immersion Kids is positioned as a parent tool for reviewing and managing structured learning experiences for children ages 2–8. Parents and caregivers remain responsible for deciding whether particular content, session lengths, and learning activities are appropriate for their child.
4. Learning trails and educational information
Learning trails and related descriptions are provided for general educational organization and are not professional educational, medical, developmental, or therapeutic advice. Content may be changed, reordered, removed, or replaced.
5. Third-party video services
The product may use YouTube or other third-party video services. Channel Immersion Kids does not own or control those services. Playback, advertising, availability, account requirements, content restrictions, and other platform behaviour may depend on the third-party service and its policies.
Channel Immersion Kids is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, automate abusive submissions, probe security controls, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Channel Immersion Kids name, branding, interface designs, original characters, website content, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, videos, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability and warranties
The website and pilot are provided on an early-access basis. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided without guarantees that every feature, content item, device, integration, or session will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every family.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Channel Immersion Kids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the marketing site or early-access pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy
Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Notice. The current waitlist is for adults and should not be used to submit a child’s personal information.
11. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or pilot and may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when these terms materially change.
