Parent privacy first.

1. Information we collect

When an adult joins the parent waitlist, we collect the parent or caregiver email address they submit. The form also stores basic submission information needed to operate the waitlist, such as the submission time and source.

The current landing page does not ask for a child’s name, exact birth date, school, home address, photo, voice recording, or behavioural profile.

2. Why we use it

• To maintain the parent early-access list.
• To send pilot, testing, launch, or service-related information requested through the waitlist.
• To protect the form and website from abuse, fraud, and automated submissions.
• To respond to privacy, deletion, or support requests.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The current site uses a short-lived functional session cookie to protect form submissions and maintain necessary session state. The current website code does not install advertising trackers or behavioural advertising pixels.

4. Children’s information

This website is directed to parents and caregivers. Children should not submit personal information through the waitlist or contact links. If we learn that personal information was submitted directly by a child through this website, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Before any child-facing account, profile, or data collection feature is launched, the product’s privacy controls and parental-consent process will be reviewed and updated as required.

5. Email and third-party services

We use Brevo as an email-list and transactional-email service provider for the parent waitlist. When you join, your email address is sent to Brevo so we can maintain the waitlist and deliver the confirmation, pilot, early-access, and launch communications you requested. Brevo processes that information under its own applicable terms and privacy safeguards.

Channel Immersion Kids is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. The future product may use YouTube services for video playback. YouTube’s own terms, privacy practices, advertising, availability, and technical restrictions may apply when those services are used.

6. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an early-access website. Waitlist information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the pilot, launch communications, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution, after which it should be deleted or anonymized.

7. Sharing

We do not sell parent waitlist information. Information may be handled by hosting, email, security, or other service providers that help us operate the site, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

8. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your waitlist email, or ask to be removed from pilot communications. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the pilot and product evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
